For more than 10 years, Rossini produced and hosted the weekly TV talk show "The Bianca Rossini Show," featuring the arts, entertainment and lifestyles, broadcasted weekly on LA and Destin, Florida cable networks, and online.

Bianca has acted opposite film stars including James Spader, Hector Elizondo, Richard Dreyfuss, Christian Slater, Dick Van Dyke and Dom DeLuise.
