Because without them Fallout 3 would be boring. Here is a wonderful display of these magnificent heavy weapons! Note that I am using every DLC from Fallout 3 so you will see 3 DLC heavy weapons. I was going to record some Rock-It launcher clips but the whole ammo weight thing limited the amount of guns I could carry for the recording. The Credits are at then end. Note that I am using my older graphics driver to remove the stuttering.
