Seriously, that is complete disorder. Even though no body hit, and no accidents, that is just total chaos. I find it puzzle why there is no traffic control at all. If they do it for tourist attraction, well, still just fucking stupid. Again people, over population, and see it for your self what the results are. Also, no wonder when immigrants come here, they bring with them their ancient way of live.

To the untrained uncivilized eye it may seem like disorder, but there IS actually order - the one that derives naturally when everyone respects the fellow - rule is simple: if there's sum1 in front of you, you stop. Westerners need traffic lights to civilize their behaviour because they NEVER stop, no matter what's in front.

@chuckgary You are wrong about us here in the West. We have traffic lights because of people like those in VN, and other countries that come here, and think they can fucking drive just the same as they do back in their chaotic and uncivilized countries. When people come here from other countries they think they can do whatever they want, and when they find that their animal behavior is not acceptable, then they must accept our civilized rules.
