@tomcat624u Anything under 300 is considered low, but free T determinations are important as well. With the IM injections, it should not be long before you feel salutary effects.

@rifetf Chronic use of sustained action opiates lowers T by inhibiting the hormones in the hypothalamus that then decrease LH production in the pituitary gland that reduces T production by the testes. Opiates also have a direct negative effect on T production.

Hello Doctor,

Would you know anything about hypogonadic states where FSH is high, LH is normal, yet Testosterone is low? I fall under this category of hypogonadic men yet the endocrinologists I have seen cannot explain it. In addition, sperm count turned out to be low. Any thoughts?

i have a question dr. im 27 years old man and have no want or need to do anything im extremely tired throughout the day with no will to move, ive gained 30.lbs and am completely clueless to what is happening. i use to be a fighter but have been out of the scene for 2 years, am i just lazy? i just cant find meaning in anything i cant be bothered i am always alone and see myself and my body changing for the worse even sex is pointless to an extent.
