Good video my friend, I kinda of do the same thing, but I do it through going to this vacant properties and show what's a good deal what's not, actual rehabs going on, where to buy, where not to buy, and so on., I'll be tuning in and watching for your updates, even a guy like me who has been doing this for 15 years can still learn something new, take care my friend
