Sadly, so many police municipalities won't bother responding to noise disturbances from dogs. I uploaded some videos of my neighbors' dogs barking like crazy too. Our neighborhood was full of trailer trash types with tons of barking dogs. They thought that having tons of barking dogs keeps the neighborhood safe because they'll know if something is awry. Yet our house was burglarized! If any dogs barked then, nobody cared because they were always barking at invisible air molecules or whatever.
