@NotYourTypicalNegro Decade was a celebration of what God has done at NLC over the first 10yrs it has been around, so why not go all out to celebrate God? and Godfirstlife makes a great point, a lot of the bigger ARC churches do all of their own videos in house (sermon videos, promotional videos, intro videos for the start of the service) I'm sure that Mr. Weems (since he's the head of ARC) just wanted to celebrate all the amazing things that God has done in the central Arkansas area in NLC

@Godfirstlife, I wasn't making a judgment about anyone's "heart", and I never said people can't have "fun". I was simply as to whether church money was spent on this. As a person who supports ministry, I wouldn't feel good knowing my money was being spent to produce silly (my opinion) videos.
And as for this being "real" business, it's sort of odd that he's using caricature and exaggeration in this video to show us how "real" he is. Just doesn't make any sense...

I'm pretty sure Celebration has our own production studio in house...so that being considered, it probably cost absolutely nothing. Why is it that churches & the people in them aren't allowed to have fun?? Seems churches can't win these days: if they're too serious, they're considered stuffy & irrelevant. If they are "real", actually enjoy life & have fun, they're accused of foolishness, etc. I encourage you to learn more about the HEART of Pastor Stovall & Celebration. :)

This is all fine, well, and good. But I just wonder how much of CHURCH MONEY was spent producing this.
There's a lot of foolishness going on in Jacksonville, FL churches.
