Touhou Danmakufu: Revelation "Global Distortion -Lunatic-"

It's been awhile since I posted a video of Danmakufu. I don't call myself NightbugCreations without having any creations...

This script was written in about an hour as I sat on the bus with nothing to do. I was more or lesss messing with angular velocity since I rarely use it I realized and I ended up with this.

The boss (Reisen) fires 8 bullets which circle around her for a brief moment before they release a pretty shower of Danmaku. Every quarter health you take down, the harder the spellcard gets.

I probably could have done a bit more polishing up on how the card looks and etc but I was feeling lazy. xD

Looking at the video on youtube, it looks so much easier to dodge when the screen is bigger. Though I guess the game going faster makes up for it. ^^;;

In my opinion, the pattern is good, and I agree with sdub that they could be different nonspell patterns and work very well in a boss battle, but the name seems to grand for the current pattern. I think it'd be better to make the card harder and/or more impressive, or change the name.

@AerialBlast Haha probably. I've always sucked at making spellcard names. Looking back at this, I probably shouldn't have given so many breathing spots in between each wave of bullets but as I said, I got lazy and didn't really feel like polishing a 1 hour spellcard written on the bus.

how do u use danmakufu? i cant get it to work... T.T

You might need to use Applocale or set your Non-Unicode Language settings to Japanese to get Danmakufu to work.

This is Reisen after all so she can make think there are bullets but they don't really exist...oh well awesome

A Name I would have given it (And I'm just making up the story as I go) Would be:

Reflection Card: Inner Explosion.

The character you're fighting against has the ability to amplify certain energy and reflect it. In this spell card, She sends out tracer bolts, which hit the inner core of her power, damaging the seal and letting out an explosion of energy. As you damage her, her core is chipped bit by bit, and as she sends in tracers, the more energy is exposed, the bigger the explosion.
