ペリットを吐くアカアシシギ Redshank that vomits pellets.

この場所で１５分ほど静止、何度か首を上下に振った後、ペレット（大きい石？）を数個吐き、小石を飲み込んでいます。以前キアシシギが石を飲むのを見たことはありますが、­この鳥でも見ることが出来、ラッキーです。渡りの前に体を軽くする為かもしれません。この後採食行動を始め、近くで観察していた方によると、大きめの蟹を捕らえ悪戦苦闘の­末、解体し食べていたそうです。（未撮影です。すいません。撮りたかった(;_;)）

Several pellets(large stones?) are vomited after the redshank shakes the neck up and down several times, and a small stone is swallowed. It might be an action to which the migrant lightens the body. This redshank had a hard time and preyed on a big crab after this according to other observers. (There is no video. I'm sorry. )
