A tribute to the late NHOP (Wakenius was part of his trio that recorded this tune). The melody is from an old danish folk song - the composer is unknown. The lyrics, that praise the calm of the forest, were written around 1864 probably by the Danish composer Fritz Andersen.

its a danish song by the composer Carl Nielsen "I skovens dybe stille ro". NHOP playes it as well
