That is one slick retro looking bike. Good job at making it look like it came straight outta the 50's/60's. Not many enthusiasts can make it custom like that. Even if it is collecting dust, hang onto it!

@longjonsilvrr Thanks for the question. The answer is no. I pretty much lost interest as I have no convenient storage or places to ride so the bike now is just sitting out in the shed and never gets ridden or even started for that matter. It's a shame but I can't bring myself to get rid of her. I have so much of myself into it. So there she sits collecting dust.

Yup, the kill switch is also shown in my wiring diagram. Just go take a look at that video and it will show how that works. The diagram shows every wire in the bike and what each wire does.

Thanks for the question. I posted a video that shows my wiring diagram here youtube.com/watch?v=rli5dEzPZVo You can stop the video and blow it up to 'full screen' and then do a screen print and you have the diagram. It is pretty simple, just a 12 volt car flasher and my diagram shows how to wire it. Good luck. Let me know how you do.

this is truly amazing, kudos to you! one thing i was wondering, what is the gear sfift from? how do you have an effective clutch? thanks!

@MrMechanixman Hi, Thanks for the kind words. The gearshift lever is made from a piece of mild steel dowel stock with a Ford truck rubber handle I found at the auto parts store. The other end is welded to a turnbuckle that tightens a belt connecting the engine clutch to the rear wheel jackshaft through an moveable idler pulley. The clutch is out of a box made for go carts and it works pretty good. There is also a mechanical interlock.
