Eye surgery of Cataract by Dr.Sudhalkar. Anterior Capsulotomy performed without viscoelastics. A direct needle puncture entry through peripheral cornea with 26g. inch needle on 2cc syringe ensures an air tight entry and maintains anterior chamber depth. The AC can be further deepened by injecting small amount of BSS whenever necessary during the progress of rhexis. The details are listed along with the video. Sudhalkar Eye Hospital.
