The Challenge:-

Day one:- Weigh and take a picture of yourself
Each week, take a picture of yourself. End of the first month, have a look at your first picture and the month end picture (you will see results!)
Continue with working out and weekly pictures. On the final day of the challenge, take a picture and weigh yourself. Look at the picture compared to the first and you will see the results!! If you wish to note your weight loss, you can do. However, THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT FOCUSED CHALLENGE, i.e. we weigh ourselves constantly. This is all about feeling great

For those losing weight:
Workout everyday for 20-30 mins. If you miss a day, double your next workout

For those maintaining weight:

Workout 4/5 days, 20-30 mins

DRINK WATER instead of fizzy drinks

  • P.s I forgot to say... If ur new to Zumba, u will need a sports bra (to stop yourself giving u a black eye!!!! Lol)
