Sudan Red Sea diving on MV Sherazade 10 17 October 2009

There is so little information and videos about diving in Sudan, I decided to upload this video.

Our ship wat the M/V Sherezade, and she is in a class of her own. 11 crew, place for 18 divers, spacious, luxurious and fast. The crew were amazing, and i will miss them for a long time to come!

Most of the dive sites is not on this video (the origional lenght is 20+ minutes of amazing sights and sounds).
Dive sites visited were Wingate for the Umbria, Sanganeb, Shaab Rumi, Shaab Suedi, the Blue Bell wreck, Qita el bana, Angarosh, Abington and Meshirifa island for the Manta's.

We were the only boat at 98% of the dive locations, and I am very gratefull to have had this experience.

It was not the right time for sharks, but we saw sharks on almost every dive. Hammerheads, Grey Tip Reef sharks, White Tip Reef sharks, and the amazing Silvertip!

Shaab Rumi, and the wreck of the Umbria wree a few of the highlights for me, and I will dream of the Umbria below the ocean for years to come, or until I return, which hopefully should be very soon!

It was one of the best weeks of my life!
