@JAYSTER9711 fail dude... BB guns are metal ammo. BB refers to the caliber bullet. there are also BBB guns and B guns. they are just very rare. airsoft guns are desiged for shooting people. BB guns are NOT. a BB gun CAN kill. Also Full Auto Airsoft guns are powered by electricity and CO2 a carbon and oxogen mixure. propane would catch fire and kill you. i agree with drago443. your argument is invalid. End of story.

you should use a plastic tube from lowes or home depot instead of using a toilet roll that is very easy to rip

@soxfan293 its not right a 100% of the time, there are powerful airsoft guns, and weak bb guns, your argument is invalid.

You got it almost right, most BB guns I heard dont take metal ammo. Bb guns are alot weaker ranging from 100 to 300 fps. Airsoft is alot stronger. Also airsoft can be semi and fully autmatic instead of having a plain BB gun just shootin fully. Airsoft can also shoot with propane, making it fully or semi automatic. Same with electric powered airsoft guns. :)

What is the diference between an airsoft and a bb gun???

@MrBOnK13 BB guns take 4.5mm metal ammo, while airsoft guns take 6mm plastic ammo.
Also BB guns can be much more powerful and are not intended to shoot people with. Some BB guns can be lethal if you hit somebody in the wrong place.
Airsoft guns, on the other hand, have been designed with shooting people in mind and are perfectly safe to shoot someone with, providing they're wearing proper eye protection.

@dragonbreathstinks it would work, but:
1) It would be bad for your eyes (my method is just basically a reflection and as you may know, lasers are not good for your eyes) and
2)A regular light is cheaper and easier to find (plus a laser pointer can be used in better ways, like mounting it on your gun)
