I’ve read lots of post like this, here’s the deal; I had issues with mine right from the start. With 30 years of Dev and IT systems engineering. I had it worked out within 5 minutes. These are the same people who forget to put the silver oxide and a heat sink on the CPU they bought and can’t figure out why it made a huge explosion in their face, then want a refund for a defective product… Magic Jack works!!!

Magic Jack is a scam. Not the product itself, but the organization behind the product. Everything is yearly or multi yearly. And if you ask for a refund? IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. The company does not issue refunds. Oh yea,...they'll cancel your order. But they will not give you a refund. On top of that? They operate from a live chat window. That means they can be as nasty and avoidable as they want to be without you being able to pressure to resolve the issue. Chat = bad CS

Good Idea!!!! Except where is a site about lawyers, cops and judges? Did you know you cannot use a judges name in a web page. My friend did and they threw him in jail and removed the site. IO was a whistleblower against the Dept. of Corrections and you cannnot what they did to destroy me. Government officials are extreamly powerful and they have the protection of thousands of employees and et al. IE My jusdge kept falling alseep! My lawyer said I needed to shut up!

I recieved my magic jack on the sept 12th and find I cannot even connect a phone cord to it. I tried every phone cord and dsl line in my home it will not click into magic jack seems as if the mj will not allow the phone jack to insert far enough to connect. I have been on a chat with magic jack rep but they were playing dumb as if they couldnt grasp what I was trying to explain as my problem so I will be sending mine back

You seem to be a deadbeat loser, I would need to see documentation from your doctor before I believed a word of what you are saying. As a company it is not their fault even if you were alergic. I bet u are allergic to paying your rent on time too, huh? LOSER!
