the music producer gives the permission.
this one person on youtube, he keeps sending out a mi noog insturmental that is not his, the producer told him to stop sending it to people. SEE!!!! there you go, producer's right. im a producer myself but i gave ppl permission to use it for nonprofit only.
some ppl dont mind other ppl use their beat, but some do, im just saying.
