Dawah to Christians by Bilal Philips

Have you ever wanted to give dawah to your non-Muslim friends but didn't know where to start? Has Islam ever been attacked in your presence without you being able to defend it? Have you ever dreaded being asked about Islam & polygamy, arranged marriages, Hijaab ..... or questions such as "Was Islam spread by the sword"?, "If God is good then why did he create evil"?, "Why are two female witnesses equal to one male witness in Islam"?. If the answer to any of these questions is YES then the Ultimate Dawah Course may be what you have been looking for!

Take a seat with Bilal Philips who will take you through the A-Z of giving dawah including how to answer some of the most difficult questions that can be thrown at you. Bilal Philips is one of the most active and well known speakers around the world having written many books encompassing a wide spectrum of Islamic subjects. He is a very experienced Daee through whom, during the first Gulf War, Allah guided hundreds of foreign troops to Islam. Also included in this dawah course are many revert stories including that of Bilal Philips.

This Dawah course is normally taught at the Qatar Guest Centre for Islamic Information and we are able to provide you with their detailed and extensive set of course notes with questions, assignments and exercises. Please download these notes from our website: www.ahlussunnah.net

  • Dear All,

Remember that we raised up again in the day of judgement, we will be made to account for what we belief and do in this word, do take time to think and ponder about it.

  • Masha Allah, he speaks with wisdom. Searching for purpose, seeking meaning of life and inner reflection is something we all feel at some point for all of us and to deny this feeling is certainly "Unatural" and will always conclude by this pondering that there is a God. Aethists basically accept their lives to be insignificant, however muslims believe our purpose if clear which gives our lives significance, meaning and peace. God bless you Bilal Philips

Salam (peace be upon you)... is that the argument or excuse that the human will present in front of God when he is questioned about his short trivial life on earth? Allah (God) is just and He will expose everyone to the truth at least once in their lifetime. The signs and answers are out there all around us...we just have to question ourselves and our existence. As a fellow creation and brother, I pray that you see the truth one day and hold tight to it.

  • Correction, i dont think what i am is called atheist. Im proberly an agnosticer or how ever its spelled. Just talked with a friend about it. I believe in something. I just dont know what or see any proof for any.

  • Im an atheist. But i truly hope there is an God, that would make the world more beautiful then what i think it is now. I wont exactly have blind faith. But i truly hope i am wrong. :)

  • @glower125 Uhm, just wondering. If an atheist claim "there is no god" there've must been an statement stating "God" existed or they wouldnt disagree. So lets start with the proof for that there is a God, except man written books..?

  • Atheists claim "there is no God" that's a positive statement and it needs to be proven. the burden of proof is on the Atheist to prove that positive statement.

  • @artyfarty2 ACTUALLY THAT'S NOT TRUE, AT LEAST NOT IN MY CASE.

BORN HALF JEW AND PRACTICED JUDAISM UNTIL RECENTLY, MUSLIM NOW.

  • @ManifestationOfTruth I will take this conversation to messages, reading across multiple comments gets a tad bit bothersome.

  • @ManifestationOfTruth You may find two forms of evidence for this: 1) proving the validity of Islam, and thus its philosophical outlook on reality and/or 2) examining the many similarities between the original concept of God and religious ideas of many religions before being altered. After following through with option 2, you have 2 more: 1) conclude that religion's merely borrowed from one another, or 2) see if there is evidence for God/Islam, and interpret this phenomenon in accordance.

  • @proofoverspirits Where have I argued that Islam as spread by Muhammad (p) existed before he came to teach it? Regardless, that is a view Muslims hold, however, the reason you have not found "evidence" for this is because you seem to misunderstand the philosophical implications of this viewpoint. Islam is a fundamental, primordial Truth, fundamentally the same. It was revealed to many Prophets and Nations before it was revealed to Muhammad (p), in its final and complete form.

  • @proofoverspirits Your argument is not sound. A book written by a religious follower must still rely upon accurate information and evidence to support a claim. You would be write if the matter in concern was only subjective. However, there is ample historical proof for what I have mentioned, and the fact that a religious adherent presents it does not change this. Refer to Muslim Heritage's site (google it), which has many non-Muslim contributions attesting to what I have mentioned.
