  • Was this owl imprinted on humans? The woman doesn't seem to be holding it by its feet to restrain it.

  • As I understand, it was injured at some point in the wild and will never again be released, since it has been around people for too long. The two that they had when I filmed this had been in captivity for 3 years, I think. Last time I went to the wounded animal center there, one of the two screech owls had passed away, unfortunately. I felt sorry for the other little guy sitting in the cage all alone :(

  • Too bad for the little guy. Do you have any other vids of owls at your Raptor Centre?

  • If I do get any more owl vids, I'll certainly post them here. I'm glad too see other people enjoy them as much as I do!

  • This is one of the many reasons why I love owls. They are so darn cute! Too cute! <)

  • XD, so cuuute though, sooo tiny ^^ I would love to have one and hold it all day long XD. Probably wouldn't like that though.

  • AUDIO....................PLEASE!

  • I wanna see it attack the kids...

  • man i want an owl

  • @phoenixrisinghigh ......oh now you made me even more scared of them ......

  • @ZeroColdCoffee that doesn't make sense, seeing as owls can't move their eyes at all. Their eyes are so large, that they fill the ocular socket completely, and are immobile, hence why they have the 360/180 mobility in their necks, so they CAN look anywhere they need to.

  • Owls are soo scary but im kinda similar to them as i can make my eyes move around independantly(sp?)

  • woot! I live in lincoln!!

  • DAMMIT PUT EZYLRYB DOWN. He will end you >:|

  • Owls eyes are fixed in their sockets. Unlike other raptors they cannot move their eyes independently.

If their employees are misinformed about anatomy, I hope they have better information regarding the care of these noble creatures.
