Google it, there a plenty of reports about rape and there were a couple of mysterious deaths. No charges were filed because of the chaos, but you'll find plenty of witness testimonies about them.

Considering what happens regularly in american jails is it that hard to believe ?

@PolishBehemoth because during Katrina they all fled on their private jets and helicopters. They were just as barbaric as the poor blacks and would rather loot, steal and rape then organize themselves and help save their people. Just like everything in general with blacks, they were relying on whitey to help save them instead of helping themselves until the calvary came.

The fact is that black people could not and would not organize themselves like other people do when faced with adversity. Its a recurring theme with blacks. you couldnt organize food distributon, or safety, or cleaning. You got black men pushing women and children out of the way to get into the copters and feces everywhere
