Money & Profit is the reason it doesn't happen, it's would impossible to generate enough $ to do this even though the resources are available. It's just the way our monetary system functions, and as he said this is why it's fundamentally flawed. Money paralyzes us from progress.

If we eliminate the notion of money, resource management would be our prime focus. And with out money every human would be entitled to just as much as the next person, equality is possible.

@RealityGrapple you're a dumbass. peter joseph has made this clear sevvveral times. hes simply trying to educate people on these topics and issues. hes never claimed to be developing anything. a resource based economy is something that will take time, and wont be fully accomplished until the far future. and the first step towards a movement as grand as such, would be to first educate the ignorant and stupid population ( such as yourself) of the problems that plague the world.
