I would put my neck on the line and state that I think that they are the best in the history of R&B. I just love them so damn much from yester-year to today. They are infact a 'lodge' of pure undisputed talent.

i remember the first time i heard i can't get over you i was 12 years old in a zayres store in 1985 when i heard l.j. reynolds singing it in the toys aisle and i walked up to him and said that's a nice song who sing it he laugh and said i do. i said wow can you teach me that song he said sure. so at my father's christmas party i brought L.J. Reynolds to the party and he put in a demo tape and i sang that song and for christmas my daddy and mother got back together and i got a nintendo

Ronnie Banks is still singing with the group. Squirrel (Larry Demps) retired-Lenny Mayes Died -Weegee Howard Died-L.J, Reynolds (replaced Weegee) is still alive and kickin as is Wille Ford-"Vamp" -quit the group in the 70's, but he was one of the originals-and was replaced by the late Lenny Mayes

Bryan was my best friend growing up. We got hit by a car while walking across the street in elementary school, that's how we met...go figure.Bryan told me that one day he just could not sing anymore...he lost his voice! He is doing fine though...married and living in Mid Michigan-I havent seen him in a while but we are all planning a reunion with all the fellas from the block
