How to Make Liquid Eyeliner!

Ok This a video on how to make liquid liners!

what you will need is:

1. liner brush
2. little container
3. eyeshadow pigments
4.Visine or Eyeshadow Sealant

Water does the same thing. It's just making the color wet and a bit darker.

@Justinbieber00000000 i know so late but u can find any thi brush from a craft store for cheap just make sure its good on face if not ur pharmacy has eyeliner brush

@thenamesdannii sorry its late but i have found the theres brushes at craft stores suitable for face that work great for brushes but they might be pricy and its not worth it i mean u can find makeup brushes cheap at walmart drugstores

Actually, with the visine it makes it waterproof, whereas it smudges with just water
