EBT cards cannot be used to purchase alcohol - so yes, cuntsmacker, I have seen a Guy (race is irrelevant) try to buy beer - could not use the card, and he whipped out a wad of cash, mostly $20s, and bought the beer, then I did watch him get into his nice looking SUV. I've seen people use food stamps while playing with I-pads in line. So yeah, I think its messed up. Now fuck off.
