This is a mission from Shinobido Homura - Tales of the Ninja on PSP.

For those who don't know, the Shinobido Homura games are a part of a very, very niche franchise, containing very many members of the original Tenchu team.

Of course, this is nowhere near as good a game as the PSP's own "Tenchu - Time of the Assasins"... but it's playable, it's got some flashy techniques, it's pacing is significantly quicker, and it's something to do.

As have been with all the Shinobido games, this one's reach hasn't extended outside of Europe, so it'd have to be imported from there if you want an English copy.

  • Shinobido is most-likely a quick slap-together of the Shinobido for the PS2.

Witch was better than ANY tenchu game to date.

The reasoning, is that Shhnobido was made by the original creators OF tenchu,

As for the PSP versions, It's most-likely that both are just slapped together garbage, but Tenchu had more funding than shinobido.

  • @Marazish I'll just have to respectfully disagree with you.

I do realize that the original creators are behind Shinobido, but when I play those games, all kinds of things that let you know the game's polish is simply absent. Physics are off, movesets are limited, quantity comes without quality...

When I played Time of the Assasins, I could really tell they weren't pulling any punches, because they adapted all the best aspects of the series into one game and filled up the UMD completely.

  • i have tenchu time of the assassins better than shinobido it have more players and the samurai can jump 2x

  • Yeah, Time of the Assassins is WAAAY better.

  • Actually this game really resembles the first tenchu games for the psx (Which I consider one of the most fun action games on that console) However, new tenchu games have lost some of that charm, yes, they look amazing but it gets old really quick.

  • Can this plau on a US PSP?

  • yeah but in real life people cant jump 2 x O_O this games starts to get real especialy around mishion 50 >.> FAWK YOU DOGS IN BOXES >.>

  • @TLRtheory Time of Assisins was good, also Tenchu 4... but I hate the camera, feels a bit too close and has narrow view, they should've made the view a bit farther. but I love shinobido besides the fact that you cant choose items for a mission. lots of unlockable characters and unique move set... (and a girl can do kagebunshin XD). it's one of my first psp games and is one of my fave...

  • Cool, you can kill any enemy even if it is physically impossible to reach them ¬¬.

  • I actually preferred Shinobido over Tenchu.

  • @w0lfie292 it's not in america it's in europe and japan only.so get an import copy or get a signed version OFW friendly at pspdlc.net

  • @TLRtheory I agree with Marazish. Shinobido was way better than any Tenchu game. The physics may have been off, but Tenchu didn't even have physics or ragdolls. Shinobido had different mission types where you could pick your own path through the story by working for the different war lords. Plus Shinobido had the awesome ninja item mixing/recipe feature, which allowed you to make huge bombs and strong speed/strength potions. Shinobido also has the against wall corner stealth kill.

  • nice vid
