No, Bush didn´t do drugs, atleast not marijuana.. but alcohol, last I checked, is a sort of substance, neh? So there´s one president that tried drugs, and another that drank too much, to set the record straight :P
And yes, lawyers are useful. Side-question: I can´t watch alot of the Penn says-bits, since they´re "not available in your country".. why is that? It was a few in political list and some here.
