Maria Farantouri-O drapetis

Part of a 1975 concert in Alexandereion Sports Arena in Thessaloniki. Farantouri performs "O drapetis" (The fugitive). The third of four songs of the excellent "Ballad of Mauthauzen", a set of songs inspired by the experiences in the Mauthauzen death camp. Music by Mikis Theodorakis. Lyrics by Iakovos Kambanellis. First performance in 1966 by Maria Farantouri.

Από συναυλία του Μίκη Θεοδωράκη το 1975 στο Παλαι ντε Σπορ της Θεσσαλονίκης. Η Μαρία Φαραντούρη τραγουδάει τον "Δρπέτη" από τη "Μπαλλάντα του Μαουτχάουζεν" σε στίχους Ιάκωβου Καμπανέλλη. Πρώτη εκτέλεση στον ομώνυμο δίσκο από την Φαραντούρη το 1966.

Έχεις δίκιο. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι η εγγραφή είναι από βίντεο (άρα όχι και η καλύτερη) και το γεγονός ότι το 1975 τα τεχνικά μέσα δεν ήταν και τα καλύτερα. Δεν βοηθάει και η ακουστική του Παλαί ντε Σπορ.

yes after my transcription from the university of florence to this in salonic.1974..for mikis/farantouri which i knew in concerts in italy of early ,70 was the first legal encounter with a new-greek-youth public because he was illegal by colonels diktatorship fr0m 1966-to1974...many gailed because listening in private this music like sabaniauskas!!!!

Στο Μαουτχάουζεν αναφέρεται και το όνομα του Παππού μου.Δυστυχώς δεν τα κατάφερα να συναντήσω τον Ι.Καμπανέλη και να μάθω περισσότερα.
