I was really upset when the Dawkins left the Eagles because he's probably in the top 5 safetys ever but also because he's one of my favorite players as well but I understand completely why they did it and I don't hold it against them. I agree with the dawkins trade, but Mcnabb? would the eagles honestly be better with Mcnabb right now at 3-2? The eagles have always started slow. They saved a ton of money by getting rid of him! and if it wasnt for the massive injuries we would be 4-1 or 5-0 without McDonalds, no thanks to Jason Avant who dropped a game winner that fell right into his hands..... I support the trade, but we should have focused on building back up to our killer defense of the mid 2000's
