he stayed in the down position for 10 seconds. that is a lot of energy spent right there.
-
That is my max deadlift... That scares me lol Atlas Stones are heavy and awkward. I haven't masterd the technique
-
I don't care if you got it over that bar, or not -- it's impressive to just get that thing off the ground, as far as I'm concerned.

Well Derek, you're almost as strong as me— Paul Bunyan

@TheAscendant im not gunna flame you, ive seen your vids, you definately know what your talking about
-
just.... unbelievable.. thats crazy. I'd give anything, train as long and hard as i need to, just to be able to MOVE a stone that big lol, much less lift it haha. great job.

@toobigtexas High carbs, high protein, large amount of strength.
-
how the fuck do you lift that shit
-
@TheAscendant you for him to do more of a hip thrust
-
if people would just shut the fuck up and let him concentrate, he had that.
I'm going to get flamed for this I'm sure, but I have a feeling that if you just rocked your hips back and then forward a little more - taking advantage of your hamstrings' stretch reflex - and threw your head back more on the way up, you'd have had it.
It ALMOST looks like you're trying to see how high you're getting it - like shirted benchers who raise their head to see where the bar is touching. Id' say just rock the hips, throw the head back and up, and you'll clear that bar.
Amazing work!
