New Orleans native and legendary piano man, Dr. John performs a heartfelt tribute to the city he loves, New Orleans. Assembling a remarkable group of New Orleans' most esteemed musicians young and old, such as Earl Palmer, Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown, Willie Tee and Nicholas Payton, as well as other well-known "friends" such as B.B. King, Mavis Staples and Willie Nelson (with whom Dr. John has collaborated with over the years), his performance seamlessly ties the past and present musical styles and culture that are synonymous with the Big Easy.
