Looking for an introduction to MMA training that you can take from the gym into the cage? Renowned grappling expert and best-selling author Mark Hatmaker will show you how to customize your training by breaking down a series of fighting techniques you'll need to survive against anything an opponent throws at you. This video combines all the major aspects of the MMA game: striking, clinching, takedowns, shooting, ground and pound, and defense and allows you to mix and match these concepts into a single thread. Beginning with one single seventeen-link drill set, Mark flows defense, submissions, and attacks into a cohesive, no-nonsense fighting skill set.

Moving forward and introducing multiple substitute drills designed to increase your arsenal, Mark tests your ability to spontaneously roll with any situation on the mat. With the ability to insert alternative drills in at any point along the way, they'll be nothing thrown at you that you haven't seen before. Don't fall into the trap of cross training: whether it's stand-up grappling, submission work, or ground work, it's all here. For information purposes only.

  • @PaladinPress

    This might sound stupid..

But you should do like A commando video.. like I live in America but I want to know the most important fighting moves

  • @NiHaoZippo That's not stupid. Paladin Press has a TON of material on street fighting if you visit paladin-press (dot) com. Just enter "street fighting" in the search field at the top left. Or if MMA/UFC-style is what you need, we have many products in that area as well. Just type MMA in the search field.
