@odiskamata You need to be in Blender 2.49. If you have the latest version of Blender, it will not work because of changes in the scripting language.

@PiichanPictures yes, I downloaded the newest version and I have read the text, but it isn't really helpping me. Plus, I can't find the addons folder, where it says I'm supposed to put it. I have tried to isntall it though, when I'm in blender I jus go to the install addon thing, but it never works for me. I'm confused

Do you still have the problem?
Check the blender wiki about addons and where their folder is.

I know this is an old video, but hopefully you will respond, or someone at least, I'm having trouble installing the new version of the city generator, and I need help on how to install it. Everytime I try to use it, it says python script now working look in console for now... or something like that... and when I try to install it into the addons, it never shows up? I'm confused?
