This doesn't necessarily mean that a person needs to become emaciated or put their danger at health. Everyone has a different beauty ideal and we shouldn't judge others for what they believe. Each person has the right to strive to be the best person they can possibly be.

If you are here with the specific intention of finding inspiration to lose weight, please remember that your health is the priority. Many people assume that a "thinspo" video is designed to encourage people to starve themselves, but that is not true. There is no lasting quick-fix, and starving yourself will no work in the long run. I hate to see suffering and efforts wasted, so if you're serious about losing weight, be healthy about it and it will work for you eventually. Eat six small healthy meals each day and try to exercise for at least an hour. If you do this, you will lose weight and not damage your body.

For those of you who are already suffering, I encourage you to leave this page. It pains me to think I may be enabling your torment. I know what it's like.

Well, I am not talking about the people who were consumed by anorexia. Im talking about people who are throwing themselves into anorexia, and like it. I am talking about people who think weighing 60 pounds is good even before the anorexia kicks in.

WOW, calling people disgusting isn't going to help anyone, probably less that 5% of anorexics actually planned on becoming so. i would know. It is more a compulsion to be perfect, to be in control of something in their lives. In most cases it is never a conscience decision to become anorexic, it is a sickness, once they step in the sinking sand (quicksand), the sand consumes them, smothering them until someone strong enough can reach in to save them. They need saving not insulting.

not eating is unhealthy. Being this thin is unhealthy! I understand some people want to be thin, but dieting to the point of starvation is wrong!!! You need at least 10% fat just to FRIKKIN LIVE!! This video is disgusting, people who WANT to have anorexia are disgusting, and you are disgusting.
