This is the 'Standard 4 - Neighbourhood and community' section of the Progress Housing Group annual report for tenants 2010/11.

The Group is regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). This section of the film tells you how we performed in 2010/11 against the TSA's standard 4 'neighbourhood and community'. The standard is about dealing with anti-social behaviour, working with partners, and investing in neighbourhoods to make them clean, tidy and safe.
