@dantheamazingful everythings different in a game situation. what coaches tell you to do is not what they expect you to replicate in a game situation. they tell you to do things in practice such that the right technique will transfer into your game.

his volleys are so clean

people if your coaches have told you to step in with your left foot on forehand and right foot on backhand on volleys they are wrong look at everyone like delpo to even the best volleyers like the bryan bros they do not do that i am disapointed in the coaching industrie for making us figure this out on our own.when you have time sure but when you get older no the balls will be coming much faster and youll end up being killed by hard hitters.i rest my case.
