Factoring a simple trinomial, which is a trinomial with the coefficient of the quadratic term = 1. This video is the 7th out of 16 in the Factoring series. The other three series are "Solving Equations", "Word Problems" and "Graphing".

@LinkII08 Yes I am an actual teacher. I retired in 2007 after teaching Math from 1970 to 2007. Then I unretired in Junuary of this year and am teaching Advanced Placement Calculus and Math 10 until at least June 30th. Thank you for the comment.

@minkusbc i really do learn from your videos. i think i have to watch your videos every day. my mind does not want to compute numerical data. im superb with writing and reading. literature and spelling. but with numbers my mind just wants to shut off. i have to stop that and compute and remember all the numerical equations and how to solve them.
