How is it to live in a completely wired world? Ask the citizens of Estonia, the Baltic country that in the decade and a half since gaining independence from the Soviet Union, has embraced cyberspace. After all, this is the country that gave the world two Internet powerhouses - the Skype online phone network and the Kazaa file-sharing system. Yet being the most-wired country in Europe has brought with it a new danger - cyber-crime.
