First these companies CREATED and SUPPORTED file-sharing software. File-Sharing software itself is NOT illegal but by the content which is shared through the software! Media is throwing it around as all file-sharing software is illegal. This is a blatant lie. Now since file-sharing has grown larger over the years they want to start throwing people in prison.

Look at youtube. How many DMCA take-downs are issued on videos everyday? Now the government wants to expedite people's children.

I'm sure his High Court appeal will stop the extradition, it isn't final yet. There are also plans to change the extradition law, with nearly all members or parliament backing it.
