  • TO expertvillage...I love to learn Muay Thai Martial Arts, but i dont have money to go to a martial arts training...Your Training is Great..I hope there is a scholarship training for me to attend to...I am from the Philippines....struck08 @ hotmail dot com

  • I practice Sambo/MMA and we don't really work the abs except for stomach punches. This is a technique i will personally work on at home. Thanx!
