My car was snowed in for a couple days, equally to $21 in tickets, sucked. But it was fun playing in the snow, :]

This video always makes me cry. Happy tears. I came all the way from Sweden to visit my boyfriend who was studying at the La crosse university for 6 months. I was 17 then. The snowstorm started the day after i left, when he told me how much snow there was i didn`t belive him becuse the sun had been shining the day that i left. He sent me this video and so every time i watch it i miss it..

I'm biased, but I think this is the best video on youtube! I remember this weekend on campus very vividly, for good and for bad. But despite the struggles that came with all the snow, I have never seen UW-L look more beautiful! I'm still in the area, but I so very much miss being a UW-L student. This video lifts my spirits though! Thanks so much for this!

I used to be stationed at fort McCoy...drive through rain and blizzards into Lacrosse...God I loved that town ...and the people.

Too bad you didn't get any pictures of the cars that parked on the street. The only visible portion were the tops.

The song used was free on Sufjan's label's website. I think it was called asthmatic kitty or something wierd like that. Peace.

i miss wisconsin snow :( i live in idaho and we get tons of snow as well but it's really not the same. . . i want to go back home. thanks for posting, love the song too what is ut?

Sufjan Stevens-Holland or That was the Worst Christmas Ever, or something like that. Sufjan Stevens is definatly the singer though, check him out on itunes, interesting stuff.

It was nice being on campus during this storm because you could enjoy the beauty of the massive amounts of snow, lightning, and wind, yet didn't have to shovel an ounce of it. Living in a house next year so hopefully we don't get anything like that again. But oh well if we do, it's worth it.
