Another question, I get up to the step where i uncheck "sync off", and i check "open", then when i press play only the footage from one camera plays but as soon as i pause it then both footages come up. when i press play both footages never come up on the window...why is this?

Quick question, how do you do multicam editing after you have synced the clips with pluraleyes? i already synced everything but some were not synced right, but the ones that look ok, i'm still not able to do multicam editing with the good ones. Please help, thanks.

doesn't work :(
Make sure the multicam playback setting didn't get turned off by mistake. It's located under the RT menu in the upper left corner of the timeline window. Occasionally, I've experienced the same problem you have, and relaunching Final Cut Pro fixes it.

Yes, I've had the same thing happen to me occasionally. All I can say, is reboot, and try again. The steps are definitely accurate, because all of my tutorials are recorded in one live step.
If you're still having problems, I suggest deleting the Final Cut Pro preferences and trying it again.

Hi, click on the format tab located in the project window. Make sure the format of your project matches the media type of all your clips. That should fix it.

How do you set the in point in the browser window? When i mark in and out points on the timeline the in and out point in the browser window still reads "not set".

Okay, sorry about that. You have to load each clip 'individually' into the Browser window and mark an in-point. In the video, I'm using the letter I to mark an in-point at the beginning of each clip.
For simplicity, I didn't mention that you'll have to find a common sync point for all of your clips.
