Here is Yogini and Yoga teacher Lydia Smith demonstrating the SomaVeda style Thai Yoga Cobra or Facilitated Bhujangasana. This Level One style and is perfect for beginners. Lydia shows variations for restricted range of motion appropriate for new practitioners. Please note the emphasis on the Child Asana as counter pose after practicing Cobra. Cobra can be a very useful art of any back pain focus or flow.
