Battery Electric Vehicles must be made with Discarded Batteries to be Affordable

http://www.filipino.ca/forum/thread-view.asp?threadid=30592&start=1&p...

For more info, surf for REVIVED BATTERY ELECTRIC PICKUP. Gets 500 MPG-E / MPGe (Miles Per Gallon Equivalent) with the LOW AMP DRAW TECHNOLOGY, which is more important than battery revival.

Although there are other sellers of "battery rejuvenation" info or "battery rejuvenating" chemicals, or "desulfation" devices, no one else has been able to make an entire electric car or truck made from dead batteries; nor has anyone shown an electric vehicle that has been running for 3 years on dead batteries; and, no similar invention else has been chosen as 'inventor of the year' by two magazines in 2008. If you surf for ROB MATTHIES THOMAS EDISON, you'll see what a magazine says about my contributions to the "Tap Water Scooter" and tripling fruit tree growth rates, or saving dying trees.

Check out my classifieds at EVfinder, too.

If you also want a Free Battery electric vehicle that costs 30 cents a day to operate:
matthiesR @ yahoo.ca

The Globe and Mail newspaper said that there are only 12 licensed EV's in British Columbia. Down from over 40, about four years ago. The price of gas has quadrupled, but the number of licensed EV's has dropped by 80% in BC.

Doesn't that make you realize that there is SOMETHING WRONG with the "standard" EV out there?

If you want an EV that is daily-use reliable, you've got to change the "losing game", eh? Gotta' think out of the box.

The EV put together by Rob Matthies (me) and Gary Tang with the help of gifted kids and the Vancouver Gadgeteers costs only 3 CENTS per kilometer to operate, including the cost of battery replacement.

One VEVA member's EV, on the other hand, cost him $2/km to own. He's sold it since. And last I heard, it wasn't licensed by the new owner.

Many EV's are rusting away under the shade of a tree in someone's driveway. All of these can be REVIVED and put back in service. And, they can all use DISCARDED batteries, like the Revived Battery electric pickup truck -- the cheapest licensed four-wheel vehicle to operate in the world. It uses dead batteries that have been revived.

Yeah, there are doubters out there. None of them have an EV like ours. You don't need a PhD to see that this is the best option for under a $15,000 budget.

If you want to know how we did this, save up ninety nine bucks, and I'll tell you about battery revival.

FOR SALE TO ELECTRIC VEHICLE MAKERS:
"Low Amp Draw" Current Reduction Breakthrough

I've developed a way of reducing current from 400A to 70A on the steep bridges of Metro Vancouver.

Check out these video clips, after our final changes...

With this breakthrough, an EV can go further, or use fewer batteries.
Just one of the breakthroughs of the Vancouver Gadgeteers.

* These nearly-free-energy emission-free electric vehicles should be in wider use. Tell your friends in Spain, Mexico, Italy, and the Philippines about this development!

Full Version Global TV Newscast. The earlier one posted is missing a few seconds at the end, due to camera memory limit. Taken with a better camera this time. Video quality here is also better. Almost all battery sizes and chemistries can be revived -- surf for 'Revived Batteries' and see for yourself that dead alkaline AA, AAA, 9V, Nicad, NiMH, Lithium have been revived and sold.

  • It was being driven slow because it was about to make a turn. Also, this was in an alley (laneway) with the camera crew in the way.

  • The technology used would be battery reconditioning by deep discharge and charge cycles. It's a technique that's been used for forever now to recondition the clung-together active materials used in batteries. Nothing new, widely used and certainly not magic.

  • @kino261988 this is bull... which government is teaching people over TV NEWS.

Watch "zeitgeist" - they (government / burrocrats) stamp as much money as they need.

  • @Motorfordtoyota wow really?

  • thank you

  • This is nothing new, and unfortunately not practical. All the great ideas are quickly bought by the huge oil companies and stored away somewhere in a safe. Now when some one comes out with a good idea, they quickly push the politicians, which they helped fund their elections to pass laws to stop the idea.... Funny, but true.....

  • So why don't you tell me how it's done?

  • I have a design for a zero emission, no gas/diesel/hydrogen/natrual gas/ ect. engine. I just dont have the ability to make the engine its self. no money, no machines. 14 years old, DAMIT!!!!

  • seems like he's taking power from radio to power his batteries like nikola's tesla's technology..

  • Where Can I Learn???

I Have Alwayz Had this Battery Operated Car Fascination Since I Was A Kidd.

    Im Still Resaerching Tho.

    Let Me Know ASAP!!, :)
