Just leave it black and white next time. As soon as he added color she looks like a drag queen....

Finally a painting playback video with decent music.

fantastic at shading. It was really interesting watching the hair get drawn I have always had difficulty drawing hair especially for realistic drawings. What kind of writing utensil was used?

And that's what Apple does. Not givin' a tablet to the masses but giving new ways to do something beautiful.

but seriously: how can anyone not like this?

That was absolutely brilliant. That displays both talent and ultimate patience.

That's wonderful. I'm beyond impressed -- I'm INSPIRED!
Awesome video. Masterfully created piece of art... and to think the iPad hasn't even been out 6 months and there are all of these programmers and artists testing it's capabilities. One correction. The track is called: Passacaglia and was composed by Bear McCreary. In my opinion one of the best tracks ever recorded for the series... That and "A Good Lighter" are my favorites. Even if you haven't seen the series--you owe it to yourself to hear this music.

@madaracs Thanks for the music correction. I've made a note in the description noting that. It's one of my favorite tracks from the whole series as well and it gives me chills even to imagine the song in my head. The iPad has been an interesting tool and I find myself taking it with me and sketching random stuff when it pops in my head. It's not nearly as natural as using a pencil or paint but it great for colored drawings on the go. How did you find my vid btw? More to come!

How do you record the ipad screen?
fujidepro 1 year ago
@fujidepro The app "Brushes" automatically records every action you make and allows you to email yourself an "action file" that can be opened in their free Mac OS app. That free program can export the drawing to a higher resolution by redrawing the entire thing using that action file as well as export a video of the drawing which you can edit later.
