well he lied! it was there and it was the first show of the tour. i was so happy to be there. i had listened to the album already thanks to NPR and it was a great gift to hear them fretting about never having played their new songs before, really ever! hahaha! they barely rehearsed but they put on a great show. love.

  • I hope JD doesn't get sick of hearing that, aside from being an all-around interesting dude, with a twitter feed that.... well, just follow @mountain_goats and enjoy the ride. Also never disappoints in live performance. It is always genuine. And it shows. tMG in Columbus!! April 11 !!!!!!!

  • @Gronlandrina John stated in his twitter feed that All Eternals Deck will not be sold at the shows before the release date.

  • @JamesMLeo i'm not much of a pirate unfortunately for me and i'm not always the most on top of things. i'm holding out hope that there may be a chance that i'll be able to purchase All Externals Deck at their show even though it's 5 days before the official release date - what do you think the chances are?!

  • @Gronlandrina well, unless one is keen to pirate, I believe the only way to have obtained it was by pre-ordering The Life of the World to Come.

  • @JamesMLeo how does one get their hands on that?

  • @obermegalutschoar check out The Life of the World in Flux. "gut wrenching passion" is the only way to describe those demos.

  • Hadn't had this song until now. Thank you very very much for the upload. Thumbs up and favorited.
