Crysis- Radeon Hd 4870 All Graphics Very High

Me playing crysis on my computer. I am running at at 1024x768 with all graphics on very high but no aa. Without fraps I was able to turn on 4xaa and still play smoothly. System Specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450 OC'd to 3.2ghz
Msi P45 platinum Motherboard
HIS Radeon Hd 4870 Turbo
Nzxt Apollo Case
Silverstone 700w power supply
500gb western digital Caviar Hard Drive
4gb of Kingston Hyperx Ram

cmon dude, you can play @ 30fps avg with a 4870. ur cpu sucks cauz i have an AMD X4 955BE @ 3,8 and can run @ 1920 x 1080
