Great version - never heard this one before. Nice to hear at least some of the nuances of the playing and the production with the vocals coming out front and centre.
One prob - if my memory isn't playing tricks on me, this upload is probably running about 15bpm faster than the original, so it's very compressed, it's way too fast - we need to hear the space, right? That's what the Funk Bros were all about . . .

Amazing really, these Guys played on so many brilliant records yet they are almost unknown.
Sometimes they were making 2 a day, incredible.
Wonderful sound.
