@elizle as you said, i have done the same and worked great....didnt have to do all the terminal stuff just made the restore flash drive and install myhack.....viola..!

Does it work if you use a External hdd and not a usb?

This goes a lot smoother now that you can just install myHack on the thumb drive. Basically you do the exact same thing up to right after you put the disk image on the thumb drive, but instead of all of the other steps you just install myHack on the thumb drive.

is everything working with this method?(ie. wireless, sd slot, webcam, etc.)
does the touchpad support two-finger scrolling in osx? I know it does in windows.
