Hello, this is my quick starter guide to anyone who wants to make a max stats creature in spore and the tips you need to know in order to do it. Ill go over the basics in step by step instructions so you can take a try at making a max stat creature. The main thing you want to considder is to try and not make your creature too geneticly complex by the end of my instructions otherwise your creation may not work. Now then onto the good stuff!

1. The Body: The first thing you need to know about max stat creatures is that they are essentially balls with little to no spine. You'll want to have only 2 spine blocks (3 at most) when you start. An more and your creature may be too geneticly complex by the end.

2. The Head/Mouth: Each max stats crature has at least 2 mounths. What you need to considder is when the mouths are both put on your creature, do they give youre creature +5 in both Singing and Bite. Any other abilities that the mouths add are a major bonus as they mean less parts to considder later on. The mouths should also allow your creature to be an omivore if you really want perfect stats. In this demo, I used the Buzzmuzzle and the Amphibitude mouths, which also boosts my creature's spit attack and HP by 1. Try not to make the combo too geneticly complex.

3. Eyes: Ive found the best eyes to use are the Optic Orb, Ocubulge, Eyebissed, Scrutineye, and the Empteyes (Eyebissed being my favorite as it adds +1 to charm)

4. Arms and Legs: 1 pair of arms and 2 pairs of legs are the way to go. I usually use Slackwrist for arms and Brawneysaurus for legs, as they are the least geneticly complex. (EDIT: I tried to use 3 pairs of Slackwrist (makeing two of the pairs the legs) figuring the cost difference would lower the complexity, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.)

5. Graspers: The only choices gor graspers that I've found are either Croak Masseur or Monstrumtalon as theyre the only graspers that add 5 to pose.

6. Feet: Like considdering mouths, feet are all about adding up to give your creature +5 to Speed and Dance ability. Any added bonuses to Charge, Sprint, or Jump should also be considdered as less essential parts equals more freedom of design. I used Raptorclaws and Sassysquatch feet in this demo.

7. Extra Parts: When considdering extra parts for your creature, try thinking about using parts that go along with the rest of the creature (i.e. like if you have more bird parts at this point, use feathers and such) so it will turn out less geneticly complex. This is by far the toughest step as you may actually have to re think your parts choices from the last steps. If you've made it this far and your creature has the following stats:

23 in Abilities
20 in Attack
20 in Social
5 in Speed
50 in Health
Omnivore

AND your creature still isn't fully complex, add some parts (if possible) that you think will make your creature more pleasing to the eye.

8. Making it look good (and not like a pile of mush): The best looking max stat creature has to be Pheonix by Chibity. Take alot of style ques from it and you may have a good looking creature. Otherwise you may have a mush of parts like my max stat creature #4. Learn what NOT to do from that one. Color is also important.

Thats the end of this guide. Good luck, youll need it.

  • @soulelemanator press ctrl Shift C

    then type in Freedom

  • well he has 0 in flying :D

  • 27 sacs of my life wasted

  • Where do you find that the eyebissed adds charm? I don't see that in my spore.

Also, the +1 HP & Spit from the mouths are wasted if you add a +1 or better spit and/or health piece later... right?

i.e. As far as I see, the pieces aren't cumulative, you only get the benefit from the best piece; a +1 and a +2 only give you a +2 total, as far as I see in my Spore game!

    Am I missing something?

  • i ran out of room for my createture i can't put anything on it any one know a cheat code so i can

  • yeah, balls, cuz if the body is very big, it will ocupate extra space
