I saw this performance live when I was 10. My parents and I even made a sign for her. Then she came up and we were all really excited throughout the performance.

Believe me when I say I have not watched American Idol since she was eliminated. This young lady should have won the title. In her there is true talent and all who watched that season know this, I am a fan for life. Thank you Melinda for sharing your gift from God with me.

Oh my gosh i loved this soooo much! I wish i could find more by songs sung by melinda but thats not american idol.

She's been the cutest contestant so far. She was also one of the best singers the show doesn't have. I believe this is the last season I fully watched; after the outcome of this season, the show seemed more like a cosmetic contest rather than a talent contest.
